This artisan organic strawberry fruit spread is made using fully ripe strawberries grown in the Campania region of Southern Italy. Carefully hand picked and cooked gently in small batches, the fruit is treated with respect to preserve its natural flavour, aroma and nutritional value. Made using at least 24 organic strawberries per jar, with a drop of organic grape and lemon juice and natural fruit pectin, this spread captures the freshness of just picked fruit. Rich, vibrant and naturally sweet, it’s a beautifully balanced alternative to traditional high sugar jams.
