This artisan organic apricot fruit spread is made using fully ripe apricots sourced mainly from local orchards in the Romagna region of Italy. The fruit is gently cooked at low temperatures to preserve its natural flavour, aroma and nutritional value, avoiding the harsh heat used in conventional jam production. Each jar contains the goodness of at least six organic apricots, complemented by a small amount of organic grape and lemon juice and natural fruit pectin. The result is a musky, delicately tart spread that tastes vibrant and fresh, with sweetness coming solely from the fruit itself.
